Currently however, around 7% of the meter readings submitted by our customers require some form of manual validation. This is time-consuming, costly and requires unwanted additional contact moments with our customers.

We initially thought that customers would appreciate the extra effort and communication from our side as a confirmation of the fact that things are in good hands.
